Smoothies are a great and delicious way to consume your daily fruits and vegetables. I tend to get hungry between lunch and dinner and I usually make myself a smoothie. Often it's just fruits but smoothies are also great way to get your veggies. This one contains spinach which gives it its lovely green color. Of course, you can also make green smoothies out of kale or other veggies but I personnaly prefer spinach. So here comes the easy recipe: Recipe: for 2 portions - 1 banana - 1 apple - 1 orange - 50g of spinach (about 2 handfulls) - 2dl of oat milk - 1 dl of water - 2 dates - 1 Tbsp. of agave syrup (or sweetener of choice) - 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon powder Add everything to the blender and blend till it's nice and smooth.
